Be a facilitator of knowledge 🤓

The first section was of optionals..Teacher at the beginning discussed the overall works included for our first sem. And reminded us to complete it without any lag. After revising last class topics, she went through the topic, aims and objectives of teaching science. And explained the fact that, both both aim and goal can't be attained from classroom since these are long term process while objecive can be attained. Objective_ Learning _ Evaluation are interconnected.

The second section was taken by our respected Principal Benedict Sir. Sir has recollected the last class portion and has started the class by teaching the Skill of Chalkboard Writing and the Skill of Classroom Management. 

Then sir said that, we should be a facilitator of knowledge. And our duty as a teacher is to remove the phobia from the mind of the student. Before teaching the students we must learn them. Create a rapport with the students.

Then sir taught us the skill of Closure ( Complementary to set induction). And after that Sir asked some among us to give the feedback of the skills. And thus today's class ended.
